BIG INK'S GUARANTEE TO YOU

BIG INK wants you to be a 100 per cent satisfied customer. If, for any reason, you are unhappy with your BIG INK purchase, you can reject it without explanation. You have seven working days beginning one day after your goods arrive to notify us of your intention to return the goods. Please return them to us together with a copy of your receipt. BIG INK will then arrange for a refund of the full purchase price within 28 days. To make a return, package the goods securely and send to the address below. Please include your full details including name and address and a copy of the original invoice. BIG INK recommends that you return goods by recorded delivery. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs involved in returning BIG INK items to us, if the goods are found to be faulty or not as ordered we will refund your postage in full.

In the unlikely event of a BIG INK cartridge being found to be faulty, please contact us. Faulty cartridges need to be returned with a brief letter of explanation together with a sample copy of the unsatisfactory cartridge printout. BIG INK cartridges found to be faulty after inspection will be replaced or refunded in full we will also credit you for the cost of the return postage.

BIG INK ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders for BIG INK cartridges can be cancelled prior to despatch. Please contact us by e-mail sales@bigink.co.uk, telephone 0870 2403091 or fax 0870 6082811. You also have the right to cancel an order without explanation within seven working days, beginning the day after receipt of the goods. You can do this by writing to us at the address below or by email. BIG INK will then ensure you receive a refund of the full purchase price within 28 days. To make a BIG INK return of cancelled items, package the cartridge(s) securely and send to the address below. Please include your full details including name and address and a copy of the original invoice. BIG INK recommends that you return goods by recorded delivery. AVAILABILITY OF BIG INK CARTRIDGES

BIG INK aims to have all BIG INK cartridges available for immediate despatch. However, if a BIG INK cartridge is not immediately available, BIG INK will contact you to make alternative arrangements. In the event of a large order where not all BIG INK items are available, BIG INK will despatch the available goods with the balance following, usually within a few days. If the delayed delivery date is not acceptable, you will have the right to cancel your BIG INK order.

BIG INK PRICES

BIG INK will immediately update its website (www.BIGINK.co.uk) and advertisements in the event of any price changes. If this is not possible, BIG INK will honour the displayed price. If this cannot be done, BIG INK will contact you and you will have the option either to proceed with your order or cancel it.

OTHER BIG INK TERMS AND CONDITIONS

All BIG INK goods remain the property of BIG INK until they are paid for in full. Until the goods are paid for in full, a customer may not sell or transfer the BIG INK goods to any other party.

BIG INK will aim to despatch goods within 24 hours by second-class mail. Delivery should be made to you within seven days. If for any reason your cartridges have not been received within this period please contact us. An additional charge of £1.50 is made for first class delivery.

If BIG INK goods are found to be damaged on delivery or there is a discrepancy between the number of items ordered and delivered, please contact BIG INK within 10 working days of receipt of the goods.

Goods supplied by BIG INK are warranted against failure due to design faults, material or workmanship for a period of six months from the date of purchase. This warranty is limited to the replacement of the faulty goods or refund of the full purchase price. BIG INK cannot accept responsibility for any damage caused by incorrect installation, handling, misuse in any way, or the use of goods under adverse circumstances.

The contract of sale, whether verbal or written, shall be governed by English Law. All BIG INK orders are accepted on the basis of BIG INK'S terms and conditions. By placing an order with BIG INK, you agree to accept all such terms and conditions.

None of BIG INK'S terms and conditions affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
